Daily Campus Visit

We’re so excited to welcome you to campus!

Our daily visits and groups presentations will walk you through the admissions process and give you an idea of all the things UW Oshkosh has to offer. Daily tours are offered on most weekdays throughout the year. Select Saturday visits are also available during the academic year. Register for a visit using the registration form below.

Tour Times
  • Morning Tour – 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
  • Afternoon – 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Saturday Tour – 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. (Available on select Saturdays from September through May only)
During your visit, you will experience:
  • A 30-minute presentation led by an admissions counselor. The presentation will cover the admissions process, financial aid, tuition and fees, academic offerings, campus life, and more!
  • A 90-minute walking campus tour led by a current UWO student.
Other Important Notes:
  • If you would like to include a professor, coach or ROTC visit in your schedule for the day, we encourage you to directly contact the academic department, coaching staff or email army-ROTC@uwosh.edu.

  • Transfer Students – If you would like to talk one-on-one with a transfer counselor, schedule an in-person or virtual appointment here. Transfer appointments are available:
    • Tuesdays 1pm-3pm
    • Thursdays 11am-1pm

Example 1 - Search by weekday name: If you want to visit on a Tuesday, you can type 'Tuesday' to filter for all available Tuesday dates, then click on the date you'd like to visit.
Example 2 - Search by month: If you want to visit in December, type the abbreviation of the month like this 'Dec' to see all the available dates in December, then click to select the date on which you'd like to visit.

Appointments are available Monday - Friday, September through May. Space is limited. If appointments have reached capacity, we will provide options for a virtual meeting with a counselor to be held at a later time.
