High School Group Visits

We look forward to hosting your group on the UW-Oshkosh campus!

To help you plan a successful visit, here are a few important details to keep in mind:

• Non-High School Groups: Please reach out to UWO PreCollege at precollege@uwosh.edu or (920) 424-2115
• Chaperone Requirement: UW System policy requires 1 chaperone for every 15 students under age 18.
• Available Visit Days: High school group visits are offered on select Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays during the fall and spring semesters.
• Transportation & Meals: UWO Admissions cannot sponsor transportation or meal costs, but we can help your group dine in our all-you-care-to-eat commons at a discounted rate of $7.48/person.
• Deadlines:
  • Group details must be finalized at least 10 business days before your visit.
  • Finalized visit information will be shared at least 5 business days before your scheduled date.

Fall 2025 Visits: Please feel free to email your information. While available dates are limited, we’ll do our best to accommodate your group. Requests submitted now may be considered for spring dates.

Spring 2026 Visits: Scheduling will begin in October.
