Honors College: Graduation Information Form

Please complete The Honors College’s Graduation Information Form during your final semester. (For Spring 2026 graduates, forms are due April 22).

Important: Remember to FORMALLY APPLY FOR GRADUATION from UW-Oshkosh through the Office of the Registrar (go here). The Graduate Examiners will then certify that all requirements have been met. Here are the deadlines:

March 31 for Spring
October 31 for Fall

The Honors Graduation Ceremony is held every spring and fall on the Friday afternoon preceding Commencement. It is at this event that Honors College Graduates (those who complete the Honors curriculum with a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher) are awarded Honors Medallions and Honors College Associates (those who complete the Honors curriculum with a cumulative GPA of 3.2 to 3.49) are presented with Certificates of Recognition.
