Each year, UW Oshkosh has several popular events that keep coming back in high demand! Get involved with many of our favorite traditions.

Titan Welcome

These first weeks include activities that introduce you to life at UW Oshkosh. Titan Welcome is a rich tradition at UWO and it is about building relationships with your fellow classmates, connecting with faculty/staff and returning students, becoming more acclimated to campus life, celebrating Titan spirit and pride and having fun! Notable events during Titan Welcome have included Rec Fest, Titan Fest and Reeve Union Board (RUB) events.

Homecoming

Students are invited to participate in several fun events taking place on campus throughout the week, including flag football, and other exciting entertainment.

Titan Nights

UW Oshkosh’s late-night program takes place every month during the Fall and Spring semesters. The program offers FREE crafts, novelties, interactive games, dances, prizes, entertainers, and FREE food! Free for students with TitanCard.

Taste of Nations

Taste of Nations is held in Reeve Memorial Union often throughout the academic year. Partnering with the Office of International Education, Reeve Union, University Dining and Aladdin, Taste of Nations brings an educational programming session accompanied with authentic cuisine that focuses on a particular foreign country or region.

Finals Fuel-Up Feast

Amplify

Amplify by University Speaker Series brings inspiring individuals to campus that educate and entertain you about their passions. It’s a great opportunity to meet and learn from people with amazing stories. Events are free of charge and open to the campus and community.

Service Saturday

Once a year UW Oshkosh hosts “Service Saturday” a program where students, faculty and staff come together to go out into the community to volunteer and make a difference. Volunteer projects during the day vary based on what agencies are partnered with. Painting, weeding, planting, digging, cleaning and moving are all likely projects to help with.

Winter Carnival

An annual week-long celebration of winter that has been a part of UW Oshkosh traditions for over 50 years. Events have traditionally included ice sculpture carving, trivia night, the awards ceremony and more. Each year is a new theme!

Bye Gosh Fest

The culminating event of the year, with food, inflatables, singers, henna, caricatures, and a headliner you don’t want to miss! Free with TitanCard.
