The primary goal of the CCCP is to provide academic institutions and students with an evaluation of the support available to LGBTQ students facing employment and workplace challenges. Offices are assessed on 3 main objectives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Assessment\u2019s 3 Main Objectives<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gauge the current tools and available resources focused on how to be \u201cout\u201d in the workplace.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assess the quality and quantity of LGBTQ materials available to students<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assess the willingness of career centers to host or attend LGBTQ and Ally career conferences<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Career Center Certification Ranking System:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Career centers receive a <strong>Gold<\/strong>, <strong>Silver<\/strong>, or <strong>Bronze<\/strong> certification ranking based on the responses from the assessment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Currently <strong>UW Oshkosh holds a Gold+ status<\/strong>.
