Transfer students are considered those who are currently or have previously attended another college or university and earned at least 15 credits (or at least one semester).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click the boxes below to start your transfer journey to UW Oshkosh!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.uwosh.edu\/apply-to-uwo\/\">Start Your Application<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 1: Complete the FREE application<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The first step to applying to UW\u2013Oshkosh is to complete your Universities of Wisconsin Application. You can do so by heading over to <a href=\"http:\/\/apply.wisconsin.edu\/\">apply.wisconsin.edu<\/a> (or clicking that big yellow button above) and clicking \u201cCreate an Account to Get Started.\u201d It will start by asking for some information about yourself as well as some general questions to ensure that you are completing the correct application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are currently accepting applications for the upcoming academic semester. Please see our <a href=\"\/admissions-aid\/international\">\u2018Frequently Asked Questions\u2019 page<\/a> for more information about application deadlines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 2: Submit Official High School Transcripts<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you complete and submit your Universities of Wisconsin application form, you will need to submit a copy of your official high school transcripts or final examination scores. These can be official or unofficial transcripts. Documents must be submitted directly by your school to be considered official. Official documents can be emailed to <a href=\"mailto:applyworldwide@uwosh.edu\">applyworldwide@uwosh.edu<\/a> or by mail to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>UW-Oshkosh Undergraduate Admissions<br>PO Box 2423<br>Oshkosh, WI 54903-2423<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Final official transcripts must be submitted to UW\u2013Oshkosh in the original language. All documents not in English must be accompanied by an official English translation. Visit <a href=\"https:\/\/naces.org\/members\/\">NACES<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/aice-eval.org\/members\/\">ACIE<\/a> to view accepted translators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 3: Course-by-Course Evaluation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If your credentials come from outside the United States, a course-by-course credential evaluator report (grades, credits and degree assessment) of foreign undergraduate academic records used for admission is required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Go to either the <a href=\"https:\/\/naces.org\/members\/\">NACES<\/a> or <a href=\"http:\/\/aice-eval.org\/members\">AICE<\/a> website to find appropriate evaluators<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"ContentSection\">\n  \n\n<div class=\"Common\">\n  \n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 4: Proof of English Proficiency<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Submit proof of English proficiency. When you take your English proficiency test, be sure to indicate UW\u2013Oshkosh as the school that you want your test results sent to. ALL applicants complete this form regardless of the source of funding. This form will require you to electronically upload the following supporting documents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Completed and signed <a href=\"https:\/\/wwwpreview-teton.uwosh.edu\/admissions-aid\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2026\/04\/Financial-Verification-Form-2026-2027.pdf\" type=\"attachment\" id=\"238\">Financial Verification Form<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Current Bank Statement and\/or Scholarship Award Letter from the sponsoring individual(s) or organization(s) listed on your Financial Verification Form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy of the biographical page of your passport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copies of previously issued U.S. Visas, if applicable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copies of previously issued I-20\u2019s or DS-2019\u2019s, if applicable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are a student applying to transfer from a university <em>outside<\/em> of the United States, you need to complete the Immigration Document Application Form for the Form I-20.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are a student applying to transfer from a university <em>within<\/em> the United States, you are still required to complete the Immigration Document Application, as we need all of the required documents to send you our SEVIS Transfer Form.
